wearable head sculptures
As a child, I began designing my doll's clothes,
and then my own. For as long as I can remember,
I’ve adored and collected unusual hats.

My passion has always flourished in creating my own clothing and extraordinary hats and costumes. I studied graphic design in college, and practiced in the 3D field of Environmental Graphics for most of my career. In 1988, my partner and I began our graphic design business with prize money we won in a Halloween costume contest.
Originally self-taught later augmented with classes and workshops from master milliners around the world, I learned the secrets and techniques of the art of millinery.

I now create one-of-a-kind, handmade couture millinery…wearable head sculptures for women who want to make a uniquely personal statement. My hats are sewn and blocked by hand, using old-world materials and techniques with a modern Edge.
