This hat was designed for an event called the Butterfly Ball. That year the theme was black-and-white. Handmade lace butterflies burst into flight from a squiggle sinamay saucer bowl, which is perched on a buckram button crown. This hat was made for dancing and is securely anchored with headbands and small barrettes. The butterflies will dance right along with you!
