I learned this unique technique from master milliner Jenny Pfanenstiel while studying in the South of France. The flowers can be made in infinite colors, transparent (top photo) or opaque (bottom photo), and scaled from small to large. Use these flowers on their own or to adorn other hats. The variations are endless.
