I made this hat while attending my very first millinery workshop. Under the expert guidance of Jan Wutkowski, we learned four millinery techniques and were assigned to combine two of them to make a hat. My chosen techniques were fabric-covered buckram and wire construction. This hat continues to be one of my favorites. I just love the way the brim is also a veil.
